Gorgeous Cupcake OH MY!

This card is using a technique I learned from Barb Mullikin's blog, a fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and friend.  It's called "Faux Frosting" and you take equal amounts of Dazzling Diamonds Glitter and White Embossing Powder and mix those up in a baggie.  Then you apply our Multipurpose Liquid Glue where you would like your "frosting" to go.  Sprinkle the powder/glitter mix over the glue.  Then using a the Heat Gun, heat the "frosting" until it starts to bubble.  That's how you know it's done.  Leave it cool about 30 seconds or so and There you have it, a frosted cupcake on your card!
